Apple Email Issue

Notice:
Some customers have been calling to say they cannot get email on their Apple device.  We have been told there was an update made to Apple’s operating system (OS) that automatically enabled SSL (a security setting).  This is the cause of the problem.

Though this is an Apple related issue we want to provide you with some guidance as to what you can do to remedy this.

Solution:
To stop the warning message you can either accept the warning or disable the SSL options in your email account settings.

iPhone, iPad, …   all Apple Devices

To accept and disable the warning, there should be an option inside the Details link on the error pop-up.

To disable the SSL (Recommended), here are the needed settings.
