This installation is only necessary if you are told by a technician to use PPPoE software. Please do not use this unless instructed.

Download the program here.

Once the download has completed go to the folder that you saved the file under. Double click the icon labeled Pogo DSL.

A installation window will pop up. Following the instructions.

Choose Quick Install and click on next.

After the installation has completed, click finish.

A new icon will appear on your desktop, double click on it to begin the program.

The username and password window will popup. Put in your username and password, which was included with this letter, into the corresponding boxes. Once you have entered that information press connect.
