Changes to Billing Services
Beginning January 1, 2003 all billing related calls will be handled at either of the following numbers: Local to St. Louis 314-655-7700; Toll Free 800-638-6373 (800-NET-NERD). Additionally, billing inquiries may be submitted via e-mail at email@example.com, or via fax 314-655-7701. The Billing Care Center is open from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
